◆ the machine tool is a six axis four linkage NC edge milling machine, which is a cutting gear end profile edge milling machine. After edge milling, burrs will not be left on the gear end face and tooth surface.

◆ the machine tool adopts two special hobs to complete the tooth profile milling edges of the upper and lower end faces of the gear respectively, with high machining efficiency and long tool life. It can mill the end tooth profile of involute cylindrical spur gear and helical gear.

◆ the machine tool adopts dry cutting, with high processing efficiency, compact structure and small floor area.

◆ the machine tool is equipped with fully enclosed protective cover, automatic chip removal device and automatic workpiece clamping device.

◆ the machine tool can be configured with Siemens or FANUC system.
