Unmanned single machine integrated disk processing unit
The machine tool is a six axis two linkage double spindle high-efficiency turning center, which is green and environment-friendly.
The machine tool adopts the symmetrical layout structure of parallel double turrets and parallel double spindles, organically combines the two machine tools, the minimum spindle axis spacing design, and the whole machine structure is compact. Equipped with fully enclosed protective cover and automatic chip removal machine, it has high rigidity, good vibration resistance and stable processing size.
The machine tool spindle adopts two-point support structure and imported high-precision spindle bearing, with high speed, good rigidity and high precision. The feed shaft servo motor is directly connected with the ball screw for direct transmission, and the imported roller guide rail is selected, which has high dynamic response performance and good precision retention.
The machine tool is equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism, part turnover mechanism and rotary bin, which can carry out double-sided automatic processing of disk parts to meet the needs of automatic and flexible production.
The machine tool is equipped with FANUC system.
