Automatic line for gear meshing inspection
It can automatically complete the hot post cleaning and double meshing inspection of gear parts (key dimension inspection), marking, oiling, sorting and other detection processes, and can sort and deal with qualified products, waste products and repaired products. The whole line is equipped with on-site management and intelligent monitoring information system to track and analyze production data in real time, so as to improve equipment efficiency, product quality traceability and dynamic real-time supervision of the whole line.

(1) Main features:

 

1. Modular design, which can be increased or decreased freely according to customer needs.

 

2. Compound function, multiple detection results can be obtained in one detection, which greatly improves the detection efficiency.

 

3. Flexible quick change technology is adopted in a wide range (quick change interface is adopted for all type change interfaces, and screw free quick change structure is adopted for manipulator grip).

 

4. With sorting and oiling functions, it can mark and distinguish qualified products, waste products and repaired products, and mark and oil qualified products.
