Automatic roll back shaving line module (truss type)

Main features:

2. The automatic line module is composed of direct drive dry cutting and rolling compound machine tool, CNC precision gear shaving machine, lightweight gantry truss manipulator, screw free quick change fingers, multi-layer stacking and quick change silo and information management system.

3. After the gear hobbing chamfering process, set the detection and compensation station to detect the gear hobbing process and compensate the size.

4. The whole line adopts fully enclosed shield with unified style, which is neat and beautiful.

Main features:

1. Process flow: gear hobbing chamfering shaving

2. The automatic line module is composed of direct drive dry cutting hobbing machine, Vertical NC chamfering machine, NC precision shaving machine, joint robot, screw free quick finger change, multi-layer stacking quick change silo and information management system.

3. The whole line is arranged in a "product" shape to save the floor area to the greatest extent (length * width: 9m * 5m).

4. After the gear hobbing chamfering process, set the detection and compensation station to detect the gear hobbing process and compensate the size.

5. The whole line adopts fully enclosed fence, which is neat and beautiful.

Automatic turning line module (ground rail robot type)
 

 
Main features:

1. Process flow: Turning - turning

2. As shown in the figure, the automatic line module is composed of 2 lathes, 1 6-axis joint robot, 1 set of ground mounted walking shaft, screw free quick change fingers, multi-layer stacking matrix quick change frame and information management system.

3. The whole line is arranged in an "L" shape to minimize the floor area (length * width: 12m * 5.2m).

4. The robot is equipped with vision system, which can effectively identify, anti reverse, anti error and position the workpiece, realize mixed line production and improve the flexibility of the whole line.

5. The whole line adopts fully enclosed fence, which is neat and beautiful.
