1. Complete the overall scheme design of the product, and be responsible for the design quality, progress, safety and environmental protection of the product.

2. Formulate design procedures and schedule, and organize the implementation.

3. Complete the design of product mechanical parts, the drawing of department drawings and the preparation of technical documents such as parts catalogue, standard parts catalogue and purchased parts catalogue; Self inspect all drawings and documents, and accept standardization review, process review and other reviews. Be responsible for the design quality and progress of the parts undertaken

4. Coordinate the relationship between departments and groups, solve technical problems, and be responsible for general product inspection; Be responsible for product performance, safety and environmental protection.

5. Prepare and review technical documents of products.

6. Be responsible for product trial production service, and participate in product test and appraisal.

7. Be responsible for product experimental research and special technical research.

8. Organize the improvement and perfection after product trial production, and be responsible for the "three properties" of the products undertaken.

9. Complete the design of process equipment and be responsible for the design quality, progress, economy, safety and environmental protection of tooling.

10. Adopt advanced fixture design technology and implement national standards, industrial standards and enterprise standards.

11. Put forward detailed design scheme for major and complex tooling and submit it to relevant units for review before design.

12. Participate in the process equipment verification organized by the constructor and solve the problems in time.

13. Participate in necessary technological research and related technical research

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or related;

2. Strong product R & D ability and experience, with pioneering and innovative thinking;

3. Have strong professional skills, and the fresh students have solid professional foundation;

4. Experience in mechanical equipment design, understanding the technology of the same type of products at home and abroad is preferred;

5. Having presided over (studied) municipal level or above scientific and technological R & D and key research projects of machine tool equipment is preferred.
