On July 4, 2021, the third postdoctoral research kick-off meeting of Chongqing machine tool group was held in conference room 0102 of science and technology building. This time, the National Postdoctoral research workstation of Chongqing Machine Tool Group, Chongqing University and Chongqing Jiaotong University jointly recruited 4 incoming postdoctoral researchers. Wang Shilong, vice president and professor of Chongqing University, Cao Huajun, vice president and professor of the school of mechanical and transportation engineering of Chongqing University, Du Zixue, Professor of Jiaotong University, Liu Deyong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Chongqing Machine Tool Group and other postdoctoral tutors, as well as some managers and engineering technical experts of Chongqing Machine Tool Group, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, postdoctoral researchers made detailed reports on the research background, content and work plan of the research. Postdoctoral tutors give guidance to postdoctoral projects, key scientific research work and close combination with enterprise scientific and technological innovation. According to the post doctoral management system, Chongqing machine tool group puts forward requirements for post doctoral management during the station.

On behalf of Chongqing Machine Tool Group, Liu Deyong signed training agreement, technical contract and confidentiality agreement with four postdoctors respectively. He put forward three hopes at the meeting: first, he hopes to cultivate top-notch scientific research talents for the company through the development of this postdoctoral scientific research work; Second, I hope all postdoctors will pay attention to the industry's cutting-edge technologies and user technology trends and provide data support for the improvement of machine tool accuracy; Third, it is hoped that this scientific research activity will form a certain technical support for the company's current national key R & D plan projects and national new material production and application platform construction projects.
