Introduction to cimt2021 key exhibits

1. Ys7232a worm wheel gear grinding machine

The machine is an 11 axis 5-linkage CNC gear grinding machine, equipped with chmti characteristic man-machine interface (zero programming), with high-speed tooth alignment function, tooth surface distortion compensation function, universal trimming function, Anilox grinding function, arbitrary tooth direction modification function, etc. The machine is equipped with 12000r / min original imported high-speed precision motorized spindle and special on-line dynamic balance mechanism. The worm wheel with diameter of 90-240mm is used to realize the precision and efficient grinding of double shaft teeth and other gears. The maximum machining diameter of the machine tool is 320mm, the maximum machining modulus is 5mm, the maximum speed of the spindle is 12000r / min, the maximum speed of the worktable is 1500r / min, and the maximum installation diameter, aperture and length of the grinding wheel Φ 240mm ×Φ 76.2mm × 200mm。 The machine tool is mainly suitable for gear precision grinding in new energy vehicles, automatic transmissions, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, precision reducers and other industries. The batch processing accuracy can reach level 4-5 of GB / t10095.1-2008 standard.

2. Y3136cnc high efficiency re cutting hobbing machine

The machine tool is a 6-axis 4-linkage NC gear hobbing machine with high rigidity, high efficiency and high precision. The machine tool adopts the y-axis layout under the large column. At the same time, the y-axis guide rail inclined plane layout not only increases the rigidity of the tool holder, but also uses the gravity of the machine tool to offset part of the cutting reaction force, so as to further improve the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
The machine tool can be configured with Siemens and Fanuc systems, and can be configured for dry and wet processing according to the actual processing needs of users. The maximum processing diameter is 360mm, the maximum processing modulus is 16mm, and the maximum tool size (diameter × Length) Φ 220mm × 230mm, very suitable for processing large module and small number of teeth gears in commercial vehicles, ships, wind power and construction machinery industries. The one size fits all processing accuracy of gears with module 12 can reach grade 7 of GB / t10095.1-2008 standard.

3. Hs400 direct drive high precision CNC lathe

Hs400 direct drive high-precision CNC lathe is a high-precision CNC lathe designed and developed for the high-precision processing requirements of automobile and motorcycle industry, light industry instrument industry. The lathe has a compact structure and the strongest machinability. The layout of the whole machine adopts a 30 ° inclined tool rest layout structure. The main engine covers a small area and has complete turning functions. The optimized design increases its internal operation space and has good pleasant operation.
The chip conveyor equipped with the machine tool can easily convert side chip removal and rear chip removal according to the needs of the site, which is convenient for the flow operation of the production line.
